Jasen Lawrence, Owner/President, City Wide Maintenance of Washington

Jasen Lawrence, Owner/President of City Wide Maintenance of Washington, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who’s Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Jasen Lawrence’s commitment to excellence in Sales.

Beginning his career with Cintas Corporation in 2006, Jasen Lawrence had the opportunity to learn all about sales, selling, training sales representatives, and leadership. Now the owner/president of City Wide Maintenance of Washington, Mr. Lawrence currently oversees all aspects of the company’s operation, including new business acquisitions, finance and administrative work, and customer relations.

City Wide of Washington is a management company in the building maintenance industry with more than 50 years of experience. Providing janitorial and more than 20 other facility services, the organization was founded in 2009. They provide building maintenance in commercial facilities across the Seattle metro in a variety of industries, including medical, educational, religious, and industrial facilities, and they clean thousands of square feet of commercial space every night.

Initially motivated by his father who passed away when he was just 19-years-old, Mr. Lawrence’s drive stems from his desire to still make him proud. He also notes that his goals/accomplishments have come into fruition through the help of the Lord. He has a strong faith and does not take his blessings for granted. Over time, he has continued to work hard to also please his own family, in particular his wife and children.

“I have received high level training throughout my career,” Mr. Lawrence noted. “I am certified in Sales Meticulous Hiring, Fierce Conversations, Strategic Selling, Effective Performance Management, Requirements Based Selling, Leadership Skills for 1st Time Managers, Motivation Techniques, HR Leadership, and Spin Selling.”

Mr. Lawrence holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Oregon. He is a Franchise Advisory Council member since 2015 and was a Franchise of the Year Finalist in 2013, where he was ranked #5 out of 36 locations.
